| 摘 要： | 对活塞裙部润滑油膜厚度进行了仿真计算和试验研究。建立了活塞裙部混合润滑模型，进行了润滑油膜厚度的计算，并介绍了试验方法和试验过程。通过理论计算和试验结果的对比分析。证明了模型的适用性，发现了裙部润滑油膜的一些特点。

| Abstract: | Research on the oil film thickness on piston shirt was carried out by simulation and experiment in this paper.A lubrication model was established.The principle and process of experiment were introduced,and the result of oil film thickness on piston shirt was analyzed.Some characteristics of oil film,such as the oil film thickness fluctuating were found.Comparison between calculating and experimental results shows that the lubrication model is right. |
