| 摘 要： | 设计一种基于PLC的定量灌装控制系统,实现定量灌装的自动化。该系统由PLC、托利多称重仪表和灌装机组成。系统具有定量灌装和清洗两种工作模式。在定量灌装模式下,PLC对称重仪表连续发送的数据进行采集、处理,得到当前灌装的重量数据,PLC控制灌装机的电磁阀等动作,从而完成定量灌装。清洗模式用于对设备的清洗,保证设备干净、整洁。设计的控制系统经调试已投入实际运行。

| Abstract: | A kind of quantitative fiI ing machine for controI system based on PLC is designed in order to achieve the goaI of au-tomatic quantitative fiI ing in the industriaI.The system consists of PLC,weighing machine and the fiI ing machine.The system has two working modes：fiI ing mode and CIP mode.In fiI ing mode,the PLC continuousIy coI ects and processes current data from weighing machine,then compIetes a quantitative fiI ing through outputting different signaIs to controI soIenoid vaIve. |
