摘 要: | 为了满足高速动态拉伸试验机的的应变测量系统对于高精度的要求,研究了一种基于计算机视觉测量系统的标定技术。应用二次多项式曲面拟合技术,采用了一种基于分块的摄像机模型参数标定方法,不仅能够对摄像机的镜头的畸变进行校正,并且能够获得较高的测量精度。通过对试件的拉伸试验表明:采用基于分块的摄像机模型参数标定方法能取得较高的图像测量精度。

Abstract: | The caIibration technique for the computer vision based measurement system is studied in order to satisfy the require-ments of high-precision measurement in the strain measuring system of high-speed tensiIe testing machine.A partition-based camera modeI parameters caIibration method for pIanar visuaI metroIogy is proposed by the use of quadratic poIynomiaI fit-ting technique.This method can effectiveIy correction the Iens of the camera,it can achieve high measurement precision. |
