| 摘 要： | 网络冗余技术对提高控制系统的安全性及稳定性具有重要意义。基于济南钢铁厂采暖系统的PLC改造项目,介绍了网络冗余技术在PLC控制系统中的应用。对本项目的软硬件选型、设计、现场安装及调试进行了详细的介绍。通过网络冗余技术的应用,提高了济南钢铁厂采暖系统的过程控制的稳定性、可靠性,为企业节省了工业自动化方面的投资。

| Abstract: | Network redundancytechnology is important for improving the reliability and stability of control systems.Based on PLC reconstruction project of Jinan Iron and Steel Plant heating system,this paper introduces the network redundancy technology used in the PLC control system.Hardware and software selection,design,site installation and commissioning of the project carried out in detail.Though the application of network redundancy technology,the stability and reliability of the process control system used in Jinan Iron and Steel Plant heating system are improved. |
