直线逼近非圆曲线的优化算法

摘    要:文章分析了各种非圆曲线逼近方法的优缺点,详细介绍了一种用直线逼近非圆曲线的优化算法,根据逼近线段与加工误差的几何关系,给出了加工误差的计算公式和计算程序编制流程图.该算法能够实现在精度要求内逼近的圆弧段数较少.

Abstract:The advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of methods approximation to no-round curve are analyzed in this paper.And an optimizing calculation to approach no-round curve with beeline is introduced.According to the geometrical relationship between approaching line and processing error, the calculating formula and the flow chart of calculating program of processing error are pointed out with this arithmetic, it can be realized that the number of line, with which to approach no-round curve is the least within the range of precision.
