新能源发电并网标准比较

摘    要:针对新能源发电并网对传统电网正常运行的影响,阐述了国内外新能源发电并网标准,并比较了国内外常用光伏发电和风力发电的并网标准,指出了制定新能源并网标准应重点考虑电能质量、保护与控制等方面的事宜,为我国制定其他形式的新能源并网标准以及发展和完善现有标准提供了可借鉴的参考.

Abstract:Aiming at the influences of the grid connection of new generation on the normal running of the traditional grid,this paper expounds the standards for grid connected system of new energy generation at home and abroad,compares the standards for grid connected system of photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation in common use at home and abroad,and proposes that the problems,such as power quality,protection and control should be taken into consideration seriously in the formulation of the standards for grid connected system of new energy generation,which provides references for the formulation of over standards for grid connected system of new energy generation and the development and complement of the existing standards.
