Practice of construction management of hydropower engineering

After the first stage work of Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station was successfully completed, the management mode and method established for the first stage work were investigated and improved to make them more perfect and advanced. The instructive thought in the management of the second stage work is to upgrade the project management and to achieve higher benefits of the station in the second stage than in the first stage by practising scientific management. This paper systematically presents the management of the second stage work of Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station.
