黑茶水提取物的碳谱分析

摘    要:通过文献查找和标准样测定,将茶叶的九种化学成分的碳谱特征峰进行整理归属,以此为标准,将十六种黑茶水提取物的碳谱进行对照分析,可将黑茶中的各类成分做出定性确认,但其中仍有许多未知成分,需要使用其他方法分离分析。

Abstract:Spectral peaks of nine tea components were attributed according to the literature and determination by 13C-NMR.Taking that as standard,13C spectra for the aqueous extracts of 16 kinds of dark tea were analyzed.Such ingredients of dark tea could be qualitatively identified,but there were still many unknown constituents,other methods were expected to analysis.
