苯与稀乙烯在FX-02催化剂上的烷基化

摘    要:研究了以β沸石为酸性成份的FX-02催化剂上苯与稀乙烯的烷基化反应过程。在FX-02催化剂上,苯与稀乙烯可在较温和的条件下顺利进行烷基化反应。适宜的反应条件为:反应温度150~180℃,反应压力08~1.3MPa,苯的质量空速1h-1,n苯/n乙烯=6~8。并进行了催化剂的寿命试验,经过1062h反应后,催化剂的活性和选择性没有发生变化,乙烯的吸收利用率>95%。IR、XRD及酸性测定等方法对寿命试验前后催化剂结构和酸性变化的表征表明,催化剂的结构及酸性质无明显改变,预示该催化剂具有良好的工业应用前景。

Abstract:A new technical process for manufacturing ethylbenzene using dilute ethylene has been studied.The operating conditions of the process over catalyst FX-02 were examined.The appropriate conditions for the alkylation reaction are:temperature,150180 ,pressure,0.81.3 MPa,WHSV of benzene,1 h-1,feed molar ratio of benzene-to-ethylene,68 and ethylene concentration,20% (mol).Under these conditions,the conversion of ethylene is over 95% and the selectivity of ethylbenzene is nearly 92.0%.The main by-product is diethylbenzene.Considering the transalkylation,the overall selectivity is higher.There are no considerable difference in structure and acidic property between fresh and used catalyst,of which the life time is more than 1 062 hours.
