| 摘 要： | 介绍了应用于武钢高速线材生产线精轧机传动的新型同步大电机，并对其控制系统原理进行了分析。这种国外引进的同步机采用无刷激磁方式，在冶金行业更体现了维护上的简单可靠；同步机的调速采用数字式交－ 直－ 交变频，更加迅速准确，较好地满足了线材高速轧制的需要。

| Abstract: | A kind of new synchronous motor from abroad and its principle analyses of control system that is applicable to the twist-free finish mill of WuSteel high speed rod mill are introduced. The importing synchronous motor uses the way of non-brushes exciting that is more simple and reliable for the maintenance of metallurgical plant. The speed-tune of this synchronous motor has adopted the digiatal AC-DC-ACfrequency converted that is more rapid and exact for the need of high speed rod milling. |
