自吸浆式浮选机液位控制算法研究

摘    要:在对新型BGRIMM系列充气式自吸浆浮选机的液位控制系统进行建模的基础上,用仿真方法对该型号浮选机的液位控制进行了多方案的研究,包括线性PID控制、模糊PID控制及其对不同特性阀门的适用性等。结果表明,由于系统存在非线性环节且控制受限,单纯采用线性PID控制不能同时将超调量和响应时间调节到理想状态,而应用模糊规则在线调整PID参数,实现非线性PID控制,使系统的动态性能得到了明显提高,而且模糊PID控制能使不同特性的阀门均获得良好的控制效果。

Abstract:Based on the modelling of the pulp level control system of new BGRIMM series pneumatic self-suction flotation machines, simulation method was used to study the various schemes for the pulp control of this type machines, including PID control and Fuzzy PID control and their applicability under conditions of various valves. The results showed that, due to the existence of non-linear links in the system and the limited control, application of single linear PID control could not regulate at the same time both the override and the response time to an ideal state, while using fuzzy on-line regulation of PID parameters could realize a non-linear PID control, which not only remarkable raised the dynamic performances of the system but also achieved good control effect on valves with different characteristics.
