基于过程系统工程理论的热力系统性能模拟

摘    要:在介绍了过程系统工程理论的基础上,采用过程系统工程理论的序贯模快法建立了电站汽轮机热力系统的过程单元模拟和系统模型,并采用回路断裂与收敛策略对热力系统进行了性能拟,验证了模型精度,最后分析了过程系统工程理论在电站过程系统性能模拟、分析、优化和诊断中应用的可行性与重要性。

Abstract:Based on the introduction of a process system engineering (PSE) theory this paper sets up a process unitary model and a system model for a power plant steam turbine thermodynamic system through the use of a sequential module method of the PSE theory. A performance simulation has been conducted using a loop fracture and convergence algorithm, and the accuracy of the above cited model verified. Finally, analyzed and discussed is the feasibility and importance of applying PSE theory for the power plant performance simulation, analysis, optimization and diagnosis.
