摘    要:汽轮发电机转子绕组因在运行中受到电场力、热力、机械力等应力的综合作用,出现故障的机率比较多,但大多为匝间绝缘故障、接地故障、导电杆漏氢等。而转子绕组发生各线圈连接桥开焊故障极为少见。文章通过对大唐某发电厂2号发电机在大修中发现转子绕组两处线圈开焊缺陷及处理过程的阐述,介绍了这类缺陷的分析和处理经验。

Abstract:The rotor windings of turbogenerator are affected by electric field force, heat, mechanical force, etc, so fault often occurs in them. Most of the faults are interturn insulation fault, earth fault, hydrogen leakage of conductor pole, etc. The sealing-off defect of coil connecting bridge in rotor windings occurs seldom. By handling 2 sealing-off defects of rotor winding in generator 2 in a Datang power plant, this paper introduced the analyzing and working experience of these defects.
