高铬铸铁-碳钢双金属复合铸造界面形貌和性能

摘    要:高铬铸铁-碳钢双金属复合铸造的界面组织特征对结合性能产生重要的影响。利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)观察了双金属复合界面组织特征,利用洛氏硬度计、显微硬度和纳米显微力学探针测量了双金属复合界面的硬度。结果表明:高铬铸铁与碳钢实现了良好的冶金结合,复合界面上形成一层薄的马氏体组织。高铬铸铁与碳钢的硬度过渡区域小,硬度变化较剧烈。显微硬度的压痕在结合界面上无裂纹产生,证明界面结合良好。

Abstract:The bimetal composite casting interface of high chromium cast iron and carbon steel has great influence on the comprehensive performance.Optical microscope,scanning electron microscope(SEM) and electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD) are used to observe the microstructure characteristics of the bimetal composite interface,and the Rockwell hardness tester,micro-hardness tester,nano Indenter II are employed to analyze the hardness characteristics of the bimetal composite interface.The results show that the interface of the high chromium cast iron and the carbon steel has realized good metallurgical bonding,and a thin layer of martensite microstructure exits on the composite interface.The hardness variation zone on the composite interface of high chromium cast iron and carbon steel is small,and the hardness on the composite interface changes greatly.No micro-cracks observed on the composite interface,which indicates good interfacial bonding.
