改进的遗传BP网络在旋转机械故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:针对旋转机械故障的复杂性和相关性,本文采取改进的遗传BP网络算法进行诊断.首先利用遗传算法对BP网络的初始权值和偏置值进行优化,然后采取改变学习速度的方法对BP算法进行了改进,很好地解决了传统BP算法的学习收敛速度慢和产生局部极小的问题.通过样本训练和故障诊断分析,该算法在速度和精度上都有很大的提高.

Abstract:According to the complexity and relativity,the diagnosis by improved genetic algorithm and BP algorithm is proposed in this paper.First,use the genetic algorithm to optimize the initial weights and bias values,then improve the BP algorithm by changing the learning rate.This method can well solve the convergence rate and local minimum trouble of the tradition BP algorithm.With the training of samples and analysis of fault diagnosis,it is found there are many advancements in rate and accuracy.
