DEA改进模型在轨道交通规划综合评价中的应用

提出的DEA改进模型是在传统DEA方法的基础上,建立基于虚拟单元的含AHP约束锥的DEA评价模型,即在传统DEA模型中引入虚拟单元来更好地区分有效决策单元的优劣,又引入AHP(层次分析法)约束锥,在确定各指标权重时考虑决策者的偏好,以弥补传统方法完全依赖客观数据进行评价的不足。最后给出轨道交通规划综合评价应用实例,证明了该模型的正确及有效性,评价结果符合实际。

Application of Improved DEA Model in Comprehensive Evaluation for Rail Traffic Planning

The improved DEA model proposed in the paper based on the traditional method is inducted fictitious DMU and AHP restraint cone.Fictitious DMU is inducted in order to make the distinction among the DMU.To make up the insufficiency of traditional method which is provided from objective data,AHP restraint cone is added to the model,which conveys the preference of the decision maker.An application example is given in the end that has proved the model is right and valid,the evaluation results should be more objective.
