摘    要:基于弹簧管的力学特性,导出压力表误差与壁厚的数学关系。根据仪表的精度裕量,给出压力表的允许腐蚀量。指出从改善弹簧管的材质入手来提高含硫天然气管道用压力表的寿命是不可取的。指出膜片隔离装置与压力表构成组件是提高其耐腐蚀寿命的可行方法。并从膜片装置的力学性质入手,指出了膜片装置设计与生产的技术要点,推荐采用聚四氟乙烯膜片。

Abstract:On the basis of the mechanicsal features of spring tube,the mathematical relation between the error of pressure gauge and the wall thickness is derived.The permissible corrosion quantity of pressure gauge is calculated on the basis of instrument accuracy allowable.It is not advisable to lengthen the pressure gauge service life of sulfurous gas pipeline by improving the material behavior of spring tube.The feasible method of increasing corrosion resisting life is using diaphragm spacer assembly and pressure gauge components.Starting from the mechanical property of diaphragm assembly,the technical key of diaphragm assembly design and production is pointed out.The adoption of RTFE diaphragm is recommended.
