摘    要:参考重钙生产工艺,研究了磷酸用量、磷酸质量分数、磷酸温度、反应时间和矿石质量比对钾长石中钾溶出率和磷矿中磷的溶出率的影响,得出了适宜工艺条件.并对磷矿中氟离子的去向进行了探讨。

Abstract:On the basis of the double superphosphate production prcess conditions , the reaction behavior of potash feldspar with phosphate rock and phosphoric acid in hydrothermal reaction pot were studied .The effects of the dose of phosphoric acid , the concentration of phosphoric acid , reaction temperature , reaction time and ratios of reactants on the potassium leaching rate of potash feldspar were researched and the optimum experimental parameters were determined . The directions of fluoric ions that originally existed in the phosphate rock were discussed.
