抽油机电动机的节能控制装置

为解决匹配在抽油机上的电动机额定容量过大的问题,本文对原有控制装置提出了改进措施,增加了断相保护器、电流幅值鉴别器、△/γ自动切换器、自启动和间抽定时器。从而提高了电动机负载率和功率因数,起到良好的节能效果。

Power Consumption Control for Pumping Unit Motors

To counter the problem of overabundant rated capacity of the motors fitted on pumping units, the author makes some improvements on the existing control system by installing the following devices, a phase break protector, a current amplitude discriminator, a△/Y automatic switchover device, and a rerun self-start and intermittant pumping timer controller. These measures result in higher duty ratio and power factor of the motor, and thereupon excellent power economy.
