辊式磨粉机长齿齿轮传动的优化设计

摘    要:提出了一种用于辊式磨粉机辊间传动的长齿渐开线齿轮的优化设计数学模型,并对辊径250mm磨粉机的辊间齿轮传动进行了优化计算。结果表明,采用本方方法所设计的齿轮,与进口辊式磨粉机上所采用的长齿齿轮的实测结果基本一致。

Abstract:A mathematical model of the optimized design for a long-tooth involute gear driving between the rolls was presented and the optimized calculation for gear driving between the rolls with a diameter of 250 mm was carried out. The results indicated that the gears designed by this method have a basically similar performance to the tested results of the long-tooth gears in an imported roller mill.
