制冷蒸发器的经济评价及其优化设计

摘    要:计算了典型制冷装置冷量的价格并分析了影响因素,对制冷蒸发器进行了经济评价并提出了优化设计的目标函数,即费用方程。以氨制冷蒸发器为例,计算、分析了传热温差对费用的影响及其优化设计的意义。得出冷量的价格主要随电价的升高而增大,随单位轴功率的制冷量的提高而减小,且远高于热量的价格;传热温差大于最优传热温差时,传热温差的优化设计对总费用有很大影响等结论。

Abstract:The price of the exergy of a typical refrigerator was calculated and its influence factors were analysed. The economic evaluation of the exergy for a refrigeration evaporator was carried outand the objective function of the optimal design, a cost equation, was proposed. The ammonia refrigeration evaporator was used as an example to calculate the effect of temperature difference of heat transfer oncost, and analyse the significance of optimal design. The results showed that the price of the refrigerationexergy was much higher than that of thermal exergy, the former was increased with raising electricityprice, and decreased with enhancing the coefficient of performance; the optimal design of the temperaturedifference of heat transfer markedly influenced the total cost when the temperature difference was higherthan the optimam.
