| 摘 要： | 光彩中心屋面工程的设计与施工，采用了比较先进、成熟可靠的“防水系统”：选用了涂膜防水与卷材防水相结合的方法；改进了卷材与涂膜的粘结方法及卷材与卷材搭接的封闭处理，提高了防水性能。同时采用保温性能优越的挤塑保温隔热板，提高了屋面的保温性能，确保了屋面整体防水与保温效果。

| Abstract: | In the design and construction of roof works of Guangcai Center project, advanced, matured and reliable waterproofing system is adopted; and painted membrane and rolled material are jointly used. By improving the bonding method of the rolled material and the painted membrane and the overlap treatment of the rolled material, waterproofing performance is enhanced. Meanwhile, squeezed plastic plate of high performance is used to improve the heat insulation of the roof. Integral waterproof and insulation effect of the roof are therefore guaranteed. |
