摘    要:针对目前工业应用中PID参数整定方法较为复杂,整定过程通常为开环控制且对实际控制有影响的情况,文中研制了一种利用AVR单片机实现基于相关系数辨识法的PID自整定控制器,并详细给出了硬件和软件设计.该控制器采用嵌入式技术,能够对多种模拟量信号进行精确采样,可输出4~20 mA电流或周期和占空比均可调的PWM脉冲两种控制信号,以适应不同的应用场合.通过温控实验应用表明:该控制系统具有较快的系统响应和较好的自整定控制效果.
