摘    要:针对双继电器功能模块的3种典型结构,分别建立等效磁路模型.通过对BH曲线的分段处理,定量计算了双继电器之间的电磁干扰力矩.采用三维有限元方法进行仿真计算,得到的结果同理论计算具有很好的一致性,表明所建磁路模型的正确性.该分析对于双继电器功能模块的设计具有一定的借鉴意义.

Abstract:The equivalent magnetic circuit of twin-type relay was built respectively in three typical structures.Through the subsection process of BH curve,the electromagnetic interference torque between two relays was quantitatively calculated.The simulation results obtained by 3-D finite element method agree well with the theoretical calculation,which shows validity of the magnetic circuit model.The analysis is valuable for the design of twin-type relay.
