| Abstract: | A X-band passive integrated limiter and a waveguide limiter have been designed by using PIN diodes with thin I layers. Test results showed] their threshold level of less than 12mW, the insertion loss of less than 0.2dB and the VSWR of less than 1.3 at small signal.
The principles, design and experimental results of the PIN diode limiters are presented in the paper. |
