摘    要:-用薄I层PIN二极管研制成了X波段集成和波导限幅器.实验表明,限幅门限小于12毫瓦,插入损耗小于0.2分贝,小信号时电压驻波比小于1.3.本文阐述了PIN二极管限幅器工作原理、设计和实验结果.


Solid State Microwave Limiters
Abstract:A X-band passive integrated limiter and a waveguide limiter have been designed by using PIN diodes with thin I layers. Test results showed] their threshold level of less than 12mW, the insertion loss of less than 0.2dB and the VSWR of less than 1.3 at small signal. The principles, design and experimental results of the PIN diode limiters are presented in the paper.
