| 摘 要： | 教学中以设计"学生信息管理"数据库为例,通过Access的查询设计器,从实例的角度介绍了Access数据库中操作查询的使用及注意方面。首先由原始成绩数据生成一个不及格成绩表,然后修改原始成绩数据中的不及格成绩数据,再把原始成绩数据中的不及格成绩数据删除,最后恢复原始成绩数据,如果按要求顺序设计所需要的操作查询,当设计正确且操作恰当则不会改变原始成绩数据。借此具体的实例来说明操作查询的正确意义。

| Abstract: | Taking the Student Information Management Database as an example, the function of query in the Access Database is introduced through Access query operator. First, a table of exam failure is generated from the original score data. Then the data of exam failure in the original score data are modified. Next, the data of exam failure are deleted. Finally, the original score data are restored. If the query operations in the whole process are done correctly according to the above procedures, the original score data will not be changed. |
