摘    要:针对临涣煤矿采煤主井多绳摩擦轮提升系统运行时的振动现状,本文介绍了基于振动测试对矿井提升系统动力设备进行故障诊断的方法。通过合理的布置测点,采用幅值域、时域与频域分析相结合的方式,对信号进行综合的数据处理分析。基于对振动信号进行谱阵分析,可以确定传动系统齿轮的啮合频率,由此找出产生提升设备振动的主要原因。最后基于振动烈度的指标,对提升设备的运行状态进行了合理评价。

Vibration Test,Fault Diagnosis and State Evaluation for Hoisting System and Shaft Tower Structure

Abstract:Amid at the operation status of the multi-rope hoisting system in shaft tower of Lin Huan coal mine,the fault diagnosis method based on vibration test for dynamical equipments of hoisting system is introduced.By rational disposal of test point and using comprehensive analysis manner of amplitude-time-frequency fields,the integrated data processing for vibration signals are carried out.Based on the spectrum matrix analysis of the vibration signal,the joggle frequency of the driving system can be determined and the main reason causing vibration of hoisting equipments is found out.The running state of hoisting equipments is evaluated rationally based on the index of vibration intensity.
