硫化钠还原制备邻氨基苯甲酸的研究

摘    要:以邻硝基苯甲酸为原料,硫化钠还原制备邻氨基苯甲酸,研究并获得了反应的较佳工艺参数:邻硝基苯甲酸、硫化钠的摩尔比分别为1∶2.0,反应时间2.0h,反应温度80℃。在该工艺条件下,产物的收率为78%,产品的纯度为97%。

Abstract:Based on the 2-nitrobenzoic acid as raw material, sodium suliide as reducing agent were transtormed into anthranlliC acid. Study the better process parameters of the reaction, the molar ratio of 2-nitrobenzoie acid, sodium sulfide is 1 : 2.0, reaction time was 2.0 h, reaction temperature was 80℃. We can get the better process parameters of the reaction, which showed that the average yield and the purity of product could reach to 78% and 97% respectively.
