| 摘 要： | As a new comer of thebroadband wirelessaccess technology,WiMAX is attracting moreand more attention.Afterthe introduction of WiMAXand IEEE 802.16standards,this paperanalyzes characteristicsof WiMAX technologiesand their systemarchitecture,and thendiscusses WiMAXapplication solutions.Itconcludes that WiMAXtechnologies are hopefulto replace Wi-Fitechnologies to becomethe final mobile solutionof “Last Mile BroadbandAccess”. |
