| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了基于C8051F340单片机的脉冲信号参数测试仪的设计与实现。该测试仪能对脉冲信号的幅值、频率、周期、占空比等参数进行测量。通过采用10次定数计时法，提高测量精度，缩短测量时间。实验测试表明，该测试仪的误差率较低，精度高，能够满足闪光盒性能测试与校验的要求，可用于电信号参数测量、仪器检测等领域。该测试仪已应用于某型军用飞机闪光盒信号检测中，其稳定性、精确性均能满足要求。

| Abstract: | The design and realization of pulse signal parameters tester based on the C8051F340 single-chip is introduced. The instrument can be used for pulse signal apparatus test, the parameters include： amplitude, frequency, pulse period and duty cycle etc. By using 10 times timing and counting, the measurement precision was improved, and the measurement time was shorten. The test result has showed that the instrument has the merits such as＇ low error rate and high precision and can meet the requirements of the performance test and calibration of the flash box. It can be applied in signal parameter test, and instrument check etc. The instrument has been used in the test of a certain type of Military Aircraft flash box. The stability and precision are enough to meet the requirements. |
