摘    要:SBR法以其运行方式灵活的特点可以实现对不同污染物去除的控制,试验基于此特点,通过改变SBR工艺的运行方式,考察不同运行条件下CODCr、NH3-N、TP的去除率,从中确定最佳运行参数。在进水搅拌45min,进气量0.5 m3/h,曝气5 h,停曝搅拌75 min,沉淀75 min的最佳运行参数下,稳定运行8个周期,进水CODCr、NH3-N、TP的平均质量浓度分别为353.8、33.70、0.714 mg/L时,出水CODCr、NH3-N、TP的平均质量浓度分别达到30.26、9.322、0.458 mg/L。均能达到生活杂用水标准。

Abstract:As SBR process has characteristic of flexible operation modes, it can be used to remove different kinds of pollutants. Based on this characteristic, the removal rates of CODer, NH3-N, TP under different operation conditions were investigated through changing operation modes of SBR process, meanwhile, the optimal operation parameters were determined. When the average mass concentration of CODcr, NH3-N, TP in influent water were 353.8, 33.70, 0.714 mg/L respectively, under the optimal operation parameters that the inlet agitation time was 45 rain, the input air quantity was 0.5 m^3/h, the areation time was 5 h, the agitation time after areation was 75 rain, the sedimentation time was 75 rain, after 8 cycles of stable operation, the average mass concentration of CODcr, NH3-N, TP in effluent water reached 30.26, 9.322, 0.458 mg/L respectively, which met the standard for urban miscellaneous water consumption.
