基于单纯形的硅钙钾肥制备工艺研究

摘    要:以不溶性含钾硅酸盐岩石和磷石膏钙渣为原料,按一定配比将其混合均匀,经制块、高温烧结和粉碎等工艺制备得到硅钙钾肥产品。利用单纯形法,进行十次实验,探索制备硅钙钾肥的影响因素并得到最适宜工艺参数:即原料配比(磷石膏钙渣与不溶性含钾岩石的质量比)为1.41∶1.00;烧结时间为33 min;烧结温度为1 160 ℃。对产品生产过程进行热分析,了解产品生产的反应历程;同时对产品进行红外光谱分析和电镜分析,了解产品结构和形貌。通过对产品进行营养成分分析并与产品企业标准进行对比,该产品质量为一级。

Abstract:Phocphogypsum calcium slag and insoluble potassium-containing silicate rock as main materials were mixed with certain mixture ratio, through the processes of briquetting, calcining under high temperature and smashing, silicate-calcium-potassium fertilizer was produced. By simplex method, the influence on making silicate-calcium-potassium fertilizer was investigated through ten experiments and the optimal process condition was obtained: the raw material ratio was 1.41:1 , calcine time was 33 min, calcining temperature was 1 160 ℃. The reaction process was analyzed with thermal analysis. Infrared spectrometer and electron microscope showed the quality of the product were performed to analyze the structure and morphology. The results was Grade one in the enterprise standard.
