| 摘 要： | 高校要把落实责任制作为一项长期的基础性工作常抓不懈,大力营造风清气正的廉洁文化氛围;切实增强党政主要领导的主体意识,认真抓好责任分解与落实;强化检查、监督与考核,有效促进高校党风廉政与反腐倡廉建设,为高等教育事业发展提供坚强保证。

| Abstract: | The responsibility system should be emphasized in colleges and universities to create a clean and honest culture,which can be implemented in the aspects of reinforcing the subject consciousness of the party and government leaders,emphasizing the responsibility decomposition and implementation and strengthening inspections,supervisions and assessments,to effectively promote the construction of the party conduct and the clean and honest government. |
