| 摘 要： | 电工实训教学是培养学生技术应用能力和操作动手能力的重要环节,从树立现代职教理念、激发学生学习兴趣、优化教学内容和教学方法、注重过程化考核、按照职业技能鉴定标准进行培训等方面,对如何提高电工实训教学效果进行探讨,以实现教学效果的最优化,提高高职学生综合应用能力。

| Abstract: | Electrotechnology training course is important in cultivating students＇ abilities in technology application and practice.This essay discusses about how to optimize its teaching effect to improve vocational college students＇ comprehensive practical capabilities in the aspects of establishing the concepts of modern vocational education,arousing students＇ interest in learning,optimizing the teaching contents and teaching methods,emphasizing process evaluations and training students according to vocational skills appraisal standards. |
