等离子体电解氧化技术金属材料表面改性的研究进展

摘    要:等离子体电解氧化技术是一项新兴的材料表面改性技术,在材料领域的应用已备受关注,有着广阔的应用前景。从等离子体电解氧化技术的工艺特点、基本原理及过程机理演变、过程等离子体诊断、PEO处理后材料的表面特征、组织分布规律及其材料应用前景等方面介绍了国内外的研究状况,并提出了该技术应用于材料表面改性尚需解决的问题和发展趋势。

Abstract:As a novel material surface modification technology,plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO) has been paid more and more attentions and has a promisng future in the material field.Its process characteristics,basic principles and process mechanisms′ evolution,process plasma diagnosis,surface characteristics after PEO treating,materials′ tissue distribution law and application prospect of the treated materials are summarized to reveal the recent researches.The problems and development directions of PEO in the surface modification technology are also presented.
