铝合金微弧氧化溶液体系的研究进展

摘    要:添加剂按功能可分为导电剂、钝化剂、改良剂和稳定剂,分析了各种类型添加剂对铝合金微弧氧化制备陶瓷膜产生影响的规律性及作用机理。综述了电解液主要成分和添加剂对陶瓷膜制备工艺、形态和性能的影响规律,对当前铝合金微弧氧化技术涉及的常用电解液体系进行了总结,指出合理调配电解液并设计功能各异的陶瓷膜是微弧氧化领域的一个重要研究方向。

Abstract:Additives are classified by conductive agent,passivator,modifier and stabilizer.The influences and working mechanism of different varieties of additives on ceramic coatings are analyzed.Effects of electrolytes on surface appearance,properties and making technics of ceramic coatings are reviewed.The common electrolyte systems in micro-arc oxidation(MAO) for aluminum alloy are summed up.It is pointed out that preparing electrolytes reasonably and designing coatings with different function will be the study emphases of MAO in the future.
