调温器主副阀弹簧力的选择匹配

摘    要:以某四缸发动机调温器为研究对象,通过选择不同弹簧力的调温器以及不同形状的调温器座来进行CAE分析和试验。通过这些CAE分析及试验得出结论是,当水泵的性能确定以及冷却系统中的零部件性能确定后,调温器的主副弹簧力的选择与系统压力及调温器座的形状有主要关系。

Selection the Thermostat of Main Valve Spring Force and Bypass Valve Spring Force
Abstract:In this paper, taking a four-cylinder engine thermostat as research subject. Adopting a method which is CAE and test contrast and analysis. selecting different spring strength of the thermostat to do CAE and test contrast and analysis through those CAE and test contrast and analysis,the conclusion is that when the cooling system parts are confirmed (contain pump, radiator, oil cooler, cabin heat and so on) the thermostat spring force have a main relation with cooling system pressure and the thermostat house structure.
