摘    要:某型船用低速柴油机在研发过程中,需要确定机座推力侧详细设计模型。通过采用动力学软件计算载荷,然后进行结构强度分析,结果发现由于轴向推进力的作用,机座推力侧隔板圆角处应力值偏大,不能满足强度要求。为了提高推力侧的结构强度,采用修改横隔板尺寸参数和增加肋板的方法来降低危险区域应力分布,经过分析可知,改进后的设计结构强度得到很大的提高,满足设计要求

The Improved Design of the Bedplate Thrust Side of Low-Speed Marine Diesel Engine
Abstract:In the process of research and development of a new type of low-speed marine diesel engine, the detailed layout of the thrust side of the bedplate needs to be determined. The load conditions were chosen via the dynamic software, and the structure strength analysis was performed, the results showed that due to the axial thrust, the stress value of diaphragm fillet exceeded the yield stress. In order to increase the structure strength of the thrust side, the diaphragm size parameters were modified and ribs were added reduce the stress distribution in the weak areas. After improvement, the structure strength of the thrust side has been greatly improved which met the design requirements.
