基于专用控制芯片的永磁无刷直流电机控制器

摘    要:介绍以专用控制芯片MC33035,MC33039为核心构成的永磁无刷直流电机控制器设计,主要涉及核心控制电路的构成,功率开关元件的驱动,转速显示电路的实现,保证系统运行可靠性的抗干扰及EMC防治措施。750W样机的成功试验验证了控制器设计的正确性。

Abstract:This paper investigated the design of the permanent magnet brushless DC (PMBLDC)motor controller applying the special integrated circuits,including the construction of main control circuit,the driving of power-semiconductor,the displaying of motor speed,the anti-interference treatment and the EMC measurement,which is important to working reliability.The validity of the controller design was proved by the 750W sample motor operation completely.
