| 摘 要： | 塔式高层住宅是解决人地关系矛盾、丰富城市景观的主要建筑形式之一。本文将北京地区塔式高层住宅的发展分为4个阶段，分析了其在各阶段发展变化的原因及设计特点。在此基础上归纳总结出塔式高层住宅特有的优势、当前所面临的困境及改进设计的基本思路。
