摘    要:探究了星点设计-效应面法优化立方液晶纳米粒制备工艺的超声参数。以植烷三醇为液晶材料、泊洛沙姆407(F127)为稳定剂,通过高速剪切和超声破碎制备立方液晶纳米粒,采用星点设计-效应面法探讨了超声参数(超声时间、超声功率)对纳米粒样品液温度、粒径的影响。结果表明:超声功率对样品温度、粒径均有显著的影响,优化工艺条件为使用50.0%超声功率超声6.0 min。采用优化后的工艺进行验证,预测值与实测值较接近,表明效应面法优化的制备工艺预测性好。

Abstract:The optimal ultrasonic parameters of preparing the cubosome nanoparticles by central composite design and response surface methodology were investigated. The nanopartieles were prepared by applying high - shear homogenization and sonication with the phytantriol as the basic liquid crystal material and the poloxamer 407 (F127) as the stable agent. The effect of ultrasonic parameters, namely time and power on the dispersion temperature and nanoparticles' size were carefully studied. The results turned out that the power and ultrasonic time were found to be critical for obtaining the desirable cubosome particles. The optimal sonication parameter was 50. 0% ultrasonic power for 6.0 min. Optimized sonication parameters were used to investigate the, effect on cubosomes size and temperature. The observed and predicted results were consistent with little difference. Cenlral composite design and response surface method could be well used to optimize the cubosome process.
