PPG在氨纶上的应用现状

随着氨纶行业的竞争愈发激烈,同时其主原料PTMG价格也是居高不下,寻找一种能替代PTMG在氨纶上应用的原料成为行业研究的一个重要课题。由于PPG在常温下是液态,操作方便,同时其价格低,成本优势明显,主要用来作为替代PTMG进行研究。普通PPG随着分子量增加,不饱和度越高,也就是单官能团物质较多,从而影响了氨纶聚合物分子量的增长,所以用其制备出来的氨纶纤维性能远远差于PTMG制备的氨纶。因而寻求超低不饱和度PPG来代替或部分代替PTMG在氨纶上的应用作为了该领域今后的研究方向。

Application Status of PPG on Spandex

At present , the competition was becoming more and more fierce , and the price of PTMG as main raw material was high.Looking for a good substitute had become an important research on spandex.The PPG was liquid at room temperature and its price was low , so it was a good substitute for PTMG.The degree of unsaturation of PPG was increased as the molecular weight increasing , and affected the increasing of the polymer molecular weight.So the quality of spandex fiber which was produced by PPG was worse than that of PTMG.To find a lower degree of unsaturation PPG to replace or partially replace the PTMG was an important research direction in this field.
