聚甲醛聚合系统工艺中存在问题的改进研究

对共聚甲醛的性能、用途、生产工艺及共聚甲醛的改性等内容进行了介绍。针对神华宁夏煤业集团聚甲醛装置在聚合反应过程中无法长周期运行、产品质量不稳定、引发剂入料稳定性受环境因素影响大等问题,重点从聚合反应、钝化反应调整,聚合反应系统硬件设施技术改进等方面做了较为深入的研究与探讨,以期为共聚甲醛生产工艺的进一步改进及完善提供技术支撑。

The Research of the Problem in the Polymerization System in Polyoxymethylene Production

The properties , usage , process and modification of copolyoxymethylene were introduced.The problem that the device was unable to run for a long period of time in the process of production was pointed out , the product quality was instability , the stability of evocating agent was influenced by environment strongly , the polymerization , the adjust of passive reaction and the improvement of polymerization system hardware were discussed deeply in order to provide technical support in the process of polyoxymethylene production.
