| 摘 要： | 描述了聚氨酯防水涂料预聚体的快速合成生产工艺 ,讨论了复合催化剂、pH值、溶剂对预聚体质量的影响。该工艺具有生产反应时间短、工艺简单、操作方便、成本低和游离—NCO含量低等优点。

| Abstract: | The production technology of fast preparation of the prepolymer of polyurethane waterproof coating is described.The influence of di catalysts,pH values and solvents on the quality of prepolymer is discussed.The production technology has the advantages of less reaction time,simple process,easy operation,lower cost and lower free TDI monomer,etc. |
