摘    要:探讨了采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定酱油中的苯甲酸、山梨酸的分析方法。色谱条件:流动相为甲醇与乙酸铵溶液(0.02 mol/L),体积比为5∶95,流速1.0 mL/min,紫外检测波长230 nm,柱温25℃,进样体积10μL。采用外标法定量,在5~100μg/mL,苯甲酸、山梨酸回归方程相关系数>0.999。检出限分别为0.35μg/mL和0.32μg/mL,平均回收率分别为94.09%和98.15%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.09%~3.90%。实验结果表明,该方法准确、灵敏、操作方便。

Abstract:The analysis method of simultaneous determination of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in soy was discussed by HPLC.Chromatographic conditions were as follows: methanol-0.02 mol/L NH4Ac(5∶95)as the mobile phase,flow rate is 1.0 mL/min,UV wave length of detection is 230 nm,column temperature is 25 ℃ and injection volume is 10 μL.A good linear relationship was obtained by the external standard method in the range of 5~100 μg/mL.The correlation coefficient of regression equation of standard sample were more than 0.999.The detection limit of benzoic acid and sorbic acid were 0.35μg/mL,0.32μg/mL.The average recovery were 94.09% and 98.15%,respectively.The relative standard deviation were 2.09%~3.90%.It shows that this method is accurate,sensitive and simple.
