虚拟随机试验技术及装备行为特征的统计评估

摘    要:为了实现装备行为特征的不确定性、不一致性的统计描述,以自行火炮座椅系统为例,通过引入结构参数k、c及输入参数m三个随机变量,建立座椅系统的随机动力学方程;设定k、c和m随机变量的分布特征,结合虚拟样机技术,开发座椅系统的虚拟随机试验平台;将Monte Carlo数值模拟技术与虚拟试验技术的结合,实现随机动力学方程的间接求解,获得大样本条件下的座椅系统传递率T随机数列;借助于统计检验的方法,进行传递率T数列的分布特征检验、总体均值的区间估计,最终实现装备行为特征的统计评估。通过将随机变量引入系统动力学方程、将Monte Carlo模拟技术与虚拟试验技术相结合,为开展装备的虚拟随机试验及实现装备行为特征的统计评估提供一种新的思路。

Abstract:A traditional virtual prototype is just used to study the certain and consistent systems,it cannot describe the uncertainty and inconsistence of equipment behavior and characteristic.To describe their uncertainty and inconsis-tence,their random dynamic equations are built,combined with random variables about structure and initial conditions.The virtual random test platform about a bumper chair is developed.Combining Monte Carlo method with the virtual test technology,its random equations are solved indirectly and the random data set about the chair bumper is obtained.With statistical methods,its transfer efficiency meeting Gauss distribution is verified,and the total average value of transfer efficiency is computed.So the statistical evaluation about equipment behavior and characteristic achieved.the combination of random equations and virtual random test technology provide a feasible method for statistical evaluation about equipment behavior and characteristic.
