加盐精馏提浓盐酸的工艺研究

摘    要:研究了稀盐酸中加入MgCh时HCl-H2O体系的气液平衡,实验表明MgCl2的盐效应对HCl-H2O体系的气液平衡影响十分明显,加入MgCl2可以改变原组分的相对挥发度和共沸组成。对间歇加盐精馏提浓盐酸的工艺方法进行了研究,加盐总量为100g,回流比为3:1,溶盐速率为0.5g/min时为本实验中精馏操作的最佳条件。

Abstract:Discusses the salt effect on VLE of hydrochloric acid-water system in which adding MgCl2. The results show that the effect of MgCl2 on the VLE of hydrochloric acid-water system is evident,and adding MgCl2 into hydrochloric acid-water system can change the relative volatility and azeotropic composition.This paper also conducts the experiment of bach salt-contained distillation to concentrate hydrochloric acid.The results show that the optimum conditions of this experimental operation is that when the amount of MgCl2 is to 100g,the reflux ratio is 3:1 and the velocity of adding salts into reflux liquid is 0.5 g/min.
