| 摘 要： | 科技成果转化模式分为四种:自行投产模式、技术转让模式、联合模式和科技计划模式。模式选择取决于技术风险和企业能力。通过对信息产业领域22家有代表性的科研单位和企业的调查,发现50%以上的被调查单位采用自行投产模式。分别从信息产业的市场结构、成果特征、企业特性和政府行为四个角度对此现象进行解释,并提出促进信息产业科技成果转化的对策。

| Abstract: | Independent- transformation, authorized- transformation, cooperative - transformation and government- supportive - transformation are four modes of science and technology achievements transformation. How to select the mode is up to technological risks and the ability of enterprise. On the survey of the 22 representative research institutions and enterprises of information industry, we discover that more than 50 % of them apply the mode of independent - transformation. This paper interprets it on the respect of market structure, characteristics of achievements, nature of enterprise and governmental influence, and then makes some suggestions for the development of science and technology achievements transformation in information industry. |
