| Abstract: | Human resource insufficiency, client efficiency, intelligence block , financing difficulty and irregular competition are five main barriers for product expert of the midium - sized and smaller- sized enterprises in Xinxiang city. Enterprises,government and society should make their efforts together to eliminate these barriers by taking a series of measures . Such as , training, exhibiting and establishing guarantee. |
