摘    要:通过微观组织分析、冲击韧度、硬度等力学性能的测定、实际生产和装车试验证实,采用稀土-硼复合变质的SiMn钢代替传统高锰钢生产拖拉机履带板,不仅使用温度范围广,而且成本低,寿命高,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:By means of analysis of microstructure and measuring of impact toughness and hardness, and verification by real manufacture and application, the Si-Mn steel with rare earth and boron complex modification is better than traditional high Mn steel to produce tractor track guard in the wide range of temperature and the low cost and long life. So the economic and social benefits of the new materials are very obvious.
